Write to us within a year of your order and let us know which pair lost a clip.

We check the pair

If the same style is in stock, we send a single replacement clip to match the one you have.

Or a gift card

If that style is no longer in stock, we send a CA$30 gift card in its place, to choose another piece.

  • Valid for one year from the date of your order.
  • One replacement per pair.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer; the replacement clip is sent at no charge.
  • When the same style is in stock, we send a single matching clip.
  • When the style is no longer in stock, a $30 gift card is sent in its place.
  • Material and finish may vary slightly between batches.
