Within one year of your order, if a single clip is lost, we will replace it. You cover return shipping, the replacement is on us.
One replacement per pair. When the same style is in stock, we send a matching clip; when it is not, a $30 gift card is sent in its place.

Our spiral clip-on hoops hold by gently closing around the earlobe. Lobes vary in thickness, and choosing a style that suits yours can help reduce discomfort during longer wear.
Measure at home
Earlobe
Thickness is the short distance between the front and back of the earlobe.
How to measure
Stand a thin ruler upright, parallel to the lowest edge of the earlobe.
Gently pinch the lobe to find its natural thickness, without pressing flat.
Ask someone to read the measurement for you, in millimetres or inches.
Slimmer lobes
under 4 mm · under 5/32 inOur spiral hoops may feel slightly loose on slimmer lobes. A soft silicone cushion, added inside the clip, can help the pair sit securely through the day.
Fuller lobes
4 mm and above · 5/32 in and aboveSpiral hoops in our Loop series tend to suit fuller lobes well, sitting flush without slipping.
